Delete your account
You can permanently delete your The Drive account at any time, directly in the app. Deletion takes effect immediately.
How to delete your account
- Open the The Drive app and sign in.
- Go to Settings (from your Profile).
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm by tapping Delete account in the dialog.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo are permanently removed from your account.
- Your account is deactivated — it can no longer be signed in to.
- You are signed out on every device, and push notifications to your devices stop.
What is kept, and why
- Order and payment records are retained in anonymized form — no longer linked to your name, email or phone — because we are required to keep transaction records for accounting and legal compliance.
Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no recovery period.
